Olivier Verdier is a winemaker who creates experimental and nomadic wines that age on the sandy bottoms of Mediterranean islands or in terracotta amphorae buried at the foot of the cork oaks in the Puig Oriol vineyard, which he fell in love with, so much so that a sailor decided to drop anchor in Collioure. DU VIN DANS LES VOILES ( By the Sails) follows Olivier from the harvest at the end of August 2021 until bottling in June 2022, illustrating the creative process of his wine "La Tripote," which shares its name with the sailboat that transports him between Collioure, Barcelona, and the island of Ibiza. Among the friends accompanying Olivier are Núria González and Benoit Valée, pioneers of natural wine in Barcelona, and sommelier Borja Durá.
